The Montreal Hospital Executive Study Tour will showcase the latest state of the art and innovation in hospital service delivery in Montreal. It includes visits to the McGill University Medical Center, Centre Hospitalier Universite de Montreal, Desault Faculty of Managment at McGill University, University of Montreal School of Public Health, Sante Montreal, Urgence Sante and much more. 

The Drive for Transformation in Hospital Sector

The Montreal 2017 Hospital Executive Study Tour brings together Healthcare professionals from from across Metropolitain Montreal, including key decision makers, investors and market leading health professionals, hospital owners and Healthcare providers. 

Healthcare is the largest, fastest growing, and most complex industry in the world. The U.S. healthcare system accounts for almost $3 trillion in annual expenditures, which is over 17% of its nation’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP). According to economists in the Office of the Actuary at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), spending is projected to grow at an annual average rate of 5.8% through 2020, which is well above nation’s projected GDP growth. Objective of the Montreal 2017 Hospital Executive Study Tour 

The objectives of the Hospital Executive Study Tour to New York are to participants to learn from the US hospital sector some of the key challengs and soluction needed to transform the way hospital care is delivered in the 21st Century.

Format of Session

The format of the Hospital Executive Study to Montreal will be a combination of small group meetings with key thought leaders, managers and clinicians from across the hospital and health sector in Metropolitain Montreal as well as site visit to various insitutions in which they work.
